The specifics of a report can vary based on either the period covered or the accounting approach used. If the reporting period is the same in both reporting views, then we can check the accounting method if this is accrual or Cash. 

Furthermore, when you modify your accounting method, the accounts and balances in your reports may appear differently.

Here's how:

1. Choose Settings ⚙, then select the Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Advanced tab.
3. In the Accounting section, select the Edit ✎ icon.
4. Choose the Accounting method.
5. Select Save, then select Done.

If they are still the same, we urge you to contact our support team so they can investigate if bugs are running within your account. Then, they can also check possible remedies once they confirm that this is an issue.

See this step below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
5. Choose to Have us call you to connect with us.
