In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can generate two different reports related to unbilled transactions. If you're referring to Unbilled charges, you can follow the steps below on how to sort by number:
- On the left panel, click Reports.
- Type Unbilled Charges in the search box.
- Select Num under Sort by.
- Once done, click Run Report.
However, if you're referring to Unbilled Time, sorting by number is unavailable. As a workaround, you can export the report into Excel and manually sort from there.
