@MBuechner  - I didn't have desktop but I am veteran 20 yr software product manager and I can say this is the worst piece of software I have every used and now, I have to use it everyday.

The reports are ridiculous. They upgraded reporting and you can no longer cross reference the data like before.

The reports for split transactions are useless for exporting to Excel because of how they are stacked.

Only one reports for Projects. 

Treat Projects like Customers so reporting doesn't make sense.

Any report you want for customers doesn't accurately total all sub accounts under the customer.

Very little bulk action activity, for example, you have go in and touch EVERY employee to change something.

Restrictions on custom fields. Can only add 3 to an invoice.

They have lots of bugs you don't find out about until it is too late. For example, if you implement sales tax, bulk editing of invoices now no longer works. Whaaat? There is huge uproar about this online and no one cares. Can you imagine the pain that is now?!?!

It blows my mind that QB thinks every customer and every vendor need the same items, emails, fields. Every one of my customers requires different items on their invoices.

Oh man, I could go on and on. Do a search in the community on lost functionality or no longer works in QBO...things like that and you will see how livid people were and still are about the moving to online. My cousin has been using QB for 20 years. She said if they make her move to online, she is quitting based on how much functionality she will lose. It would make her worker harder and more miserable.
