lmoorecalvarydevsvcs, Would love it if you can share some of the basic needs that still have not been met in QB Online.  There is a desire from our IT to move to QB Online because of all the native 3rd party integrations that are available, but I'm trying to do a realistic assessment of what we would LOSE by going to QB Online.  The inability to have cc emails in the customer profile that come up automatically whenever sending an invoice would be a huge step backward and a time suck for us, but it sounds like there is other basic functionality missing and I'm trying to find more information on that.  If someone is aware of another thread in the QB Support that addresses this, I'd love to know.  Thank you!
