I understand you're frustrated about an unresolved issue in QuickBooks Online. However, upon checking with my tools, I found out that there's no reported case regarding Invoice PDF preview cutting the description and not spanning to next page. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps suggested by my colleagues above? It's good to try those to see if they can resolve the issue. If so, I recommend reaching out to our customer support team. They have tools to trace what's causing the problem.

 

Our support for Plus, Essentials, and Simple Start is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday) and 6 AM - 3 PM PT (Saturday). For Advanced, any time, any day.

  1. Click the Help tab in the upper-right corner.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab.
  3. Click Get help from a human.
