You were never very clear in this until this post. You referred to the full desktop software installed on your computer as the "desktop app" which it is far from and made it sound like you had problems with the online version and its so-called desktop "app"
Now it is clear that you were migrating an entire company from true desktop to online and are
- surprised that not everything migrates despite all the warnings in the instructions
- should have updated your needed updates (pricing in recurring transactions) in the desktop company file PRIOR to exporting to Online
Depending on how long you have been using ONline it may not be too late to properly update pricing in desktop and then import all over again
