Many banks are switching to a new connection service called OAuth. We're also switching to OAuth to make online banking even better, connection is faster and sign-ins are easier. We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. I'd recommend giving our engineers direct feedback. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Hit Feedback.
- Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
- Click Next.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
