Open the invoice that you want to convert to an estimate.
Click on the "File" menu and select "Save As."
In the "Save As" window, select "Estimate" from the "Save As Type" drop-down menu.
Click "Save."
A new window will appear, asking if you want to copy the invoice details to the estimate. Click "Yes" to copy the details, or "No" to leave the estimate blank.
Make any necessary changes to the estimate, then save it.
Once you've saved the estimate, you can access it from the Estimates section of the Customers menu.
