I am having the same issue with a Chase checking account. It masks all the account/ numerics with Xs. As a workaround, if you download the transactions from Chase's website into a .QBO file, and manually add it to QuickBooks Online, the account numbers are back. Less than ideal, but maybe it will help in the meantime.
