How frustrating is it that 4 years on this problem is still not fixed. It seems this relatively simple coding to fix is beyond Quickbooks engineers. It doesn't leave a whole lot of confidence. 

 

What is worse is the continue gaslighting from Quickbooks representatives. This is a bug not a feature. Its a bug from the migration from desktop to online. 

 

No we do not want to take a screen capture and re-enter the data. Seriously, this is a software company recommending double manual data entry for an everyday task. 

 

We keep asking through this channel and through Feedback function within Quickbooks and get either nothing or gaslighting.

 

I encourage the community to upvote each others comments on this issue and continue to report in the somewhat slim chance that it finally makes it onto the radar of the person responsible for bug tracking at Quickbooks. 

 

For Quickbooks: an alternative to gaslighting is to acknowledge this is a bug and report back on the timeline to fix it. It's what all our other software vendors do.
