Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for this.  I just started in this new position and I had to edit our invoice template to suit our client's needs.  In the process, the billable time no longer showed up in the quantity and rate columns.  I tried everything to figure it out and even called customer service to try to fix it to no avail!
