First, QBO is a joke!  It is a bare bones platform that doesn't do 1/2 of what the desktop version does.  Why they keep pushing it is quite beyond my comprehension!  Second, forcing us to hire a PCI compliance company to accept echecks from our customers is a complete joke!  Quickbooks has gone from one of the best programs available to one of the absolute worst!  Third, this is all after they killed our Desktop licenses mading the programs pretty much bricks and forced us to go to an annual subscription that they promptly doubled in a year!  They provide zero support.  Just keep pushing us to their knowledge base!  You provide a platform, you should support it!  I have just about had it with all things Intuit!
