Katherine, thanks for this explanation. This convoluted and non-intuitive solution is yet another example of Quickbooks not bothering to innovate the least bit (other than raising their subscription rates regularly). The need to see billing records beyond 365 days must be a common one amongst Quickbooks users. How @#$% hard would it be to have a drop down menu giving users choices for viewing the past 7 years?!?!  Why 7? Because that's what the IRS compels all of us to keep records of. It's a minute amount of data even if you added up all of Quickbooks' user records. I'd submit a feature request about this except that I've seen how Intuit ignores multiple requests for the simplest most common sense improvements. Did somebody say "monopoly"?
