Hi. I value your time and effort in following the solutions to fix the error. Let me make it up to you today so you can import your bank file successfully.

I can see that you're getting an OL-222 error when trying to upload your bank transactions. Deleting and replacing the fidir.txt file should help you go through the process. Since the error continues after that step, I suggest you contact support for further investigation. A live representative can look into your account in a secure environment and review the root cause of this behavior.

To start:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Tap on QuickBooks Help from the Help menu.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. If asked, sign in to your Intuit account. Click on Continue and then Continue with my account.
  6. Choose a way to connect with an agent.

On the other hand, I'm adding these links for more tips on fixing other bank feeds-related errors in QBDT:

Once fixed and your entries are uploaded to QuickBooks, you're now ready to categorize them.

I'm always here to help if you have other banking concerns while working with QuickBooks. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
