I can help you with exporting your purchase order into an Excel file, @dwarde.

You can export Purchase Order into an Excel file from the Transactions page.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, and click on Expenses. If you're in an Account View, click on Expenses from the left menu.
  2. Click the Filter button.
  3. Under Type, choose Purchase Order.
  4. Set your date range and any other filters you need, then Apply.
  5. Click the Export to Excel icon.

Here's more information about exporting reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online. It'll guide you in downloading your data from QuickBooks Online.

From here, you can run the Open Purchase Order List report to see open purchase orders. Here's a guide to help you generate and set multiple filters to get all the information that you need: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online

Let me know if you need further help with exporting the purchase order. I'm always here to help. Have a wonderful day!
