Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. I'm here to help provide some insights about the estimate report in QuickBooks Desktop.
Currently, there isn't a report in QuickBooks Desktop that will show the markup field for estimate transactions. For the meantime, you can generate the Transaction List by Customer report and customize it to estimate. This way, you'll be able to locate the markup field by opening each transactions.
To pull up the Transaction List by Customer report, here's how:
- At the top menu bar, click Reports.
- Select Customer and Receivables.
- Choose Transaction List by Customer.
- Click Customize Report.
- Select Filters.
- On the Search Filters tab, type-in TransactionType.
- Click the TransactionType drop-down arrow, and select Estimate.
- Select OK.
