Hi, Julie. Let me share some insights about capturing signatures on your customers' invoices.

 

I understand your interest in getting an on the spot signatures for your invoices. While the option is to capture signatures using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app or a third-party invoicing software that support's the process, you may send a feature request directly to product developers to notify them about the feature needed. Rest assured they're working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.

 

To start:

 

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
  4. Hit Next to submit.

 

After that, your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your QBO experience. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
