The Price Rule feature is currently in beta testing as one of the newly added features of QuickBooks Online. The initial release for this feature doesn't include the International versions.
Alternatively, we can manually enter the appropriate price in the Rate column when you create an invoice. Here's how:
- Go to the + New button.
- Select Invoice.
- Enter all the necessary invoice details, then manually enter the price in the Rate column.
- Click Save and Close.
You may also consider using a third-party application that can help manage your price rules. Let's go to the Apps menu to look for a compatible app that suits your business needs. For visual reference, I've attached a screenshot below.
