EXACTLY what @SandiTh said.  EXACTLY.

WHY won't any of you answer her (and the rest of our) question:  IS ANYONE LISTENING HERE??  Do these endless messages to QBO on this message board get forwarded anywhere?

 

Have any of you on-staff people noticed that not one single one of your responses has gotten one, single, solitary cheer?  It isn't that we are nasty...we are frustrated and NONE of you is paying attention.  If you are offended, well, that's a good thing if it motivates you to find a solution.  Because clearly, your (and all your compadres in the QBO staff who answer any of these) cheery notes, giving us useless instructions to file our complaints through the channels on the site (gear, etc. etc., etc.) is doing anything but throwing gasoline on the fire.  It doesn't work, and it wastes our time.  Sddervice is what you are expected to provid to US, the paying subscribers, not the other way around.  So far, NONE of us has seen service, which would, by definition, include solving the problem.
