Yes, there is, @SophiaGTP. I’m glad to discuss it with you and walk you through the steps to achieve it.


You can use the Custom fields feature in QuickBooks Online to add boxes to your service invoices. If you want the arrival time and departure time details attached and delivered to your customers, make sure the Print on form option is selected.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to your Gear icon and select Custom fields.
  2. Select Add field. If this is your first time creating a custom field, click Add custom field.
  3. You can name them Arrival Time and Departure Time.
  4. Select the forms checkbox.
  5. To show the custom field on printed and delivered forms, turn on Print on form. Otherwise, it’ll only appear in the program.
  6. Click Save after.
