Yes!  It's so frustrating!  If I change a bill or a vendor credit as soon as I go to apply my updated vendor credit to the bill - it looks like the bill reverted back or nothing was changed.  It's so frustrating.   melio just creates a line and places a credit or a balance to random G/L code to make the invoice revert back to its original price.
