Since this isn't a cache issue for me, I want to point out that it is also inconsistent when defaulting to modern view. For example, if I drill into 1 month, I get the modern view, If I am viewing months, side by side and drill into the total, it stays on classic view. I would love to say that submitting a comment or developer note helps, but I have submitted those many times over about 7 years and not a single one has ever come to fruition. This, paired with the nonstop advertisements for more intuit products when I help a company start up has me looking to switch out of QBO. Customizing the reports doesn't help as usually I am drilling into a P&L for analysis and I am not having to consistently review the same line items.
