When you see an unrecoverable error, it means QBDT has unexpectedly closed. Before we begin troubleshooting, ensure to update the program to the latest release and create a backup of your company file.
Once done, open your QBDT with all windows closed. When you exit the program, it reopens any window left open. You'll see an unrecoverable error on startup if you have multiple pages set to open automatically.
