Efficiency is not greed.

If last year, I charged you 30 minutes a month, and this year, because of the extra time it will take to deal with the new layout, it is 45 minutes a month. That is a 50% increase in the bill.

The only difference between this year and last year is who paid for the 15 minutes. 

This isn't greed, it's called earning a living?

Why are you trying to villainize billable time by draping stories of actual greed over the top of it?
