Honestly, if you can't find a way to just deal with a poor service provider, and ending the relationship isn't an option, you just charge more.

 

Make more money from it.

 

Whining at the part-time employees who just shrug at you and say "that's just how it is" isn't a good look, but based on what I've read, you have far too much time and have spent far too much effort bashing your keyboard here than living your life, or worrying about not being a Karen.

 

Charge QBO clients more money, and go enjoy some grass.
