The thread isn't supposed to be about the QBO Cares Team being unable to help.

You just can't accept that though, so I suppose a good old fashion dressing-down is deserved.

 

The fact that you continue to make it about some "right to yell" is in my opinion, sad.

This is exactly what I meant by being misunderstood. I have continued to try and correct your misunderstanding, which is that I am looking to argue with a forum troll.

Also, who is really affected by this now? You? I am so sorry to hear that. I am no longer since the solution that I have put into place for our firm more than compensates us for any future inconveniences caused by enhanced user experiences. A solution which just lets us bill for our time and experience, as it should be.

 

For the rest of you who actually had to work through this with dozens or hundreds of clients in a filing season.
