I actually used a "Modern" report do to a GL account analysis. I assume it may work as well for you. 

All these unannounced changes do for me is make me think I am losing my marbles. One day the reports are basically "blank" and the options for adding data etc are useless. Now it works for me. Rolling the "update" out slowly (wait for you to get yours!)??

As with many QB changes, this one has me confused. But it did cause me to lose a lot of time last week.
