Thank you for chiming in on the thread! If you want to send a single message to multiple recipients, this is only capable for Plus and Enterprise Subscriptions. However, if you are trying to send sales forms as a batch option, follow the steps below:
- After you create a sales form, select Email later before you save it.
- When you're ready to email the forms, select File, then Send Forms.
- Review the list of forms to email. Remove the checkmark from any you don't want to send now.
- A preview of the email shows within the send forms window. Feel free to select another template or edit the email text to your liking.
- When you're ready, select Send Now.
