Hello Joelo,

 

Thank you for chiming in on the thread! If you want to send a single message to multiple recipients, this is only capable for Plus and Enterprise Subscriptions. However, if you are trying to send sales forms as a batch option, follow the steps below:

 

  1. After you create a sales form, select Email later before you save it.
  2. When you're ready to email the forms, select File, then Send Forms.
  3. Review the list of forms to email. Remove the checkmark from any you don't want to send now.
  4. A preview of the email shows within the send forms window. Feel free to select another template or edit the email text to your liking.
  5. When you're ready, select Send Now.
