Buy nowOk, you have me confused... You showed a list of supported file types (which does not include Outlook Emails - usually .msg), but then you proceed to give instructions on how to attach Outlook Emails, which I'm guessing would only allow for supported file types?
This one is a big requirement for me to be able to say our company file can be moved to QBO. Emails are attached all the time on our QB Desktop transactions, so we need this functionality to work as well on QBO.
Does this actually work? If not, any plans to add .msg to the list of supported file types?
