I understand the convenience of having the ability to modify the size of the Description column. The template for PO will always be the default and the width will depend on how it is divided in the columns selected in the template. Currently, the option to customize purchase orders (PO) in QuickBooks Online has its limits, specifically in width adjustments. Your idea is great just to be set aside. As we value your suggestions, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. Here is how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion and click Next.
  4. Type your email address.
  5. Once done, click Send Message.
