The increased call volume affects how quickly our payroll support responds. I am aware that going back and forth is never easy. I advise contacting them again so you can follow up on the callback. Additionally, this enables them to investigate and help you further. Here's how:

 

  1. Run QuickBooks.
  2. Click on Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Click on Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
  5. Log in to your Intuit account and hit Continue and then Continue with my account.
    • If you don't already have an account, ensure to Create a new account.
  6. We'll email you a single use code. Type in your code and hit Continue.
    • If you have multiple accounts, select the one you want to use and then Continue.
  7. Choose to chat with us.
