I can help you with this, DwaineH. I'll share details about importing Custom Invoice Templates into QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).

In QBOA, the option to import custom form styles was discontinued last 29-06-2021. Although, the new QuickBooks Online account users can no longer access that feature. Only those existing accounts before 29-06-2021 can save and import custom form styles.

I can certainly understand how the ability to import templates could be helpful to you and your business. With that, you'll want to share your thoughts and ideas with our product development team. To do that, you can send feedback through your account. That way, they can consider bringing this feature soon.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Then, click Next to submit feedback.

You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.
