At this time, QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unable to customize a check that allows you to add a logo and a signature. Yes, you're right. It's currently available on QuickBooks Desktop.
I understand the urgency of having this feature to improve your vendor transactions. While this option is unavailable, I'd encourage you to relay your feature request directly to our software developers. This way, they can evaluate your suggestion and possibly take it into account for further product advancements.
To do that:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under Profile, select Feedback.
- Enter your product suggestion and click Next.
Furthermore, you'll want to print a check directly from QBO. This way, you can configure your print settings for either voucher or standard checks.
