Yes, we can print envelopes in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you on how:
- In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left to get to the Customers page.
- Place a checkmark on the customer's name, then pick Create statements in the Batch actions drop-down.
- Click the Print or Preview option at the bottom.
- Select Print, then tick the More settings to view more options.
- Choose Envelope #10 in the Paper size drop-down.
- Once done, hit Print again to complete the process.
However, if you're trying to print a vendor checks, you can follow the steps below:
- Select +New.
- Select Print checks under Vendors.
- Choose the check you want to print.
- Click Preview and print.
- Under the Paper size drop-down, choose Envelope.
- Click Print.
