Hello there, @Mark.

 

Yes, we can print envelopes in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you on how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Sales menu at the left to get to the Customers page.
  2. Place a checkmark on the customer's name, then pick Create statements in the Batch actions drop-down. 
  3. Click the Print or Preview option at the bottom.
  4. Select Print, then tick the More settings to view more options.
  5. Choose Envelope #10 in the Paper size drop-down.
  6. Once done, hit Print again to complete the process.

 

However, if you're trying to print a vendor checks, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Select +New. 
  2. Select Print checks under Vendors.
  3. Choose the check you want to print.
  4. Click Preview and print.
  5. Under the Paper size drop-down, choose Envelope. 
  6. Click Print.
