Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Pro as your accounting tool. I can help you upload a budget into QB Pro from Excel using classes.

 

Great news! Aside from being able to upload budget, you can also assign classes to them. There are specific heading for the budget template. Just make sure to follow the heading and map the information correctly.

 

You can refer to the screenshot and articles below for more insights.

Here are the steps in uploading Intuit Interchange Format (.IIF) files:

  1. Click File.
  2. Choose Utilities.
  3. Select Import.
  4. Click IFF Files.
