Literally got off the phone with a AMEX Business Checking rep named Melissa.
She said at the moment, American Express Business Checking does not allow third-part accounting software to have access to their accounts. It's something they are meeting and discussing now. The representative also told me that the best thing I can do now to track my transactions is to download my CSV file and upload it to Quickbooks there. After that I spoke to a Quickbooks rep and asked if this was the best option to which they replied, "It is actually the best option if there is no direct connect of the bank to Quickbooks."
