I have also spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for a report that was included in my Quickbooks 2016. Then spent even more time trying to follow instructions that did not indicate that my version did not offer the report. Quickbooks Online seems to have been developed by people who have never run a business and their customer service needs to try solving a problem by following the advice they publish.
