I have heard that support for QuickBooks Premier Nonprofit 2021 will end May 2024 - is that true?

I have heard that if I upgrade to 2023, it will only be supported until May 2025 - is that true?

I have also heard that you are ending your relationship with TechSoup for Desktop licenses - why?  This was a great low-priced alternative for 501c3 organizations.
