I appreciate the effort of going through the troubleshooting steps given by my colleague above. As I checked in my resources, there is a reported case about the double-clicking issue for other regions, such as India, ROW, and South Africa.

 

Since the issue persists, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can further investigate to find the root cause of this issue and provide a fix. You can follow the steps provided by colleague @Fritz on how to reach them.
