Thanks for the reply.  Auto-Categorization is great, but why would I want to auto-match a new transaction to a completely different one?  Seems like a flaw in the logic of auto-match.  I download all my transactions from the bank therefore they are all unique and auto-matching has no place in my workflow.  Based on the thread and my searching I am not the only one who wants the ability to turn auto-matching off.  I already submitted a feedback submission for this item.  thanks
