I don't think you guys really understand the frustration -- and possibly even the problem.  This is NOT a feature. It is a bug.  I've been a customer for over 2 decades -- first with the desktop version and switched to the online version when it was released.  Why don't you guys take this seriously, rather than tell us how to complain again about it, or how to copy and paste contents of the description to get this done. It is seriously annoying!

It's so annoying, that I tell clients NOT to use Quickbooks online, and I also am considering using a different platform once I can switch. It's THAT annoying.
