Buy nowI too have the need to run a report that will indicate which transactions have attachments and which do not. It seems that QB is trying to force users to go to the Online version rather than using the Desktop version. In working with accountants, I have found that our local ones prefer the desktop version as well. QB is basically a huge database. I am not a computer genius but I do work a lot with tables and it seems that the attachment "table"/document center, is a field in each record and should be accessible to the reports. Just seems logical to me. But then I am just a government employee and not a QB guru. Any idea if this will ever be addressed for those of us who choose to stick with the desktop version? This is much like the issue where you can no longer scan directly into QB and have to either scan to desktop or snap a picture on a mobile which are both undesirable actions in our field.
