Buy nowI built and sold multiple spec homes in 2022. I have each home setup individually as a project. When I paid contractors/materials for the homes I categorized the expenses and assigned them to the customer/project. I received construction draws to cover the expenses.
Now, the bank wants a 2022 Bal Sheet & P/L.
My problem is that all my expenses show on both reports. However, NONE of the $ from the construction draws show on the reports. Thus, my reports are showing negative balances.
Question - How do I get construction draws/transfers from each of my loans to show on Bal Sheet and P/L? Without them, the reports only reflect the amount of profit I received at closing.
