Buy nowI upgraded (if you can call it an upgrade) from QB Desktop to QBO this week, but I wish I had seen this conversation thread prior to the upgrade. I can't believe a basic function like the ability to add cc: email addresses to the customer profile isn't available with QBO. Or that adding email addresses to the cc: field when sending invoices isn't saved in QBO so we don't have to re-enter email addresses in the cc: field each time we send invoices to clients. The engineers aren't business owners and accountants trying to work efficiently in QBO. I really find no excuse for QuickBooks to eliminate functionality in QBO that was available in the Desktop version. They have done a great disservice to their clients. I've provided comments through the Feedback function, but since this thread began in March 2019 (really QuickBooks - FOUR years ago), I can only conclude that the feedback is falling on deaf ears. This isn't a pie-in-the-sky function that users are requesting. This is a very real need.
