Hi @aquinones, good thing you posted here.

I see that after you've manually changed the print report settings, it still defaults back to two copies. No worries because I know a couple of troubleshooting steps to isolate this issue and get your work done in no time.

First, make sure to update your QuickBooks Desktop to its latest release. This way, we can ensure the software run with the newest features and updates. Also, remember to check if you have the latest printer driver installed and if there are no error messages or warning lights on your printer.

You might also want to check your printer settings to see if it prints several copies. Change the settings to fix this.

If the issue persists, I recommend you run the Verify & Rebuild utility tool. This scans your company file for potential errors and promptly corrects them. I'll show you how.

To Verify:

  1. Go to the File menu and select Utilities.
  2. Select Verify Data, then select OK to close all windows.
  3. Once verified, you can rebuild your company file to fix any errors or data damage found.

To Rebuild:

  1. Go back to the File menu and select Utilities.
  2. Select Rebuild Data.
  3. Click OK to close all windows.

Another thing to do is to rename the Qbprint.qbp file. It contains the preferences for printing your reports.

I'm also adding this article that helps fixing any printing, emailing, or saving PDF files:  Troubleshoot PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.

Please let me know how it goes. I'll be right here to help you out with fixing printing issues. Take care always.
