Buy nowWe have customers who pay different rates for the same product or service. So I activated Pricing Rules beta and created a rule for a given customer (ACME) a specific product (Widget A).
The regular unit price for Widget A is $150. But for ACME, they pay $100 for Widget A. So I created a pricing rule that applies only to ACME individually and only to Widget A individually. The price adjustment method is Custom price per item and the Start and End dates are blank which means the rule never expires.
I create a new invoice for ACME and add the Widget A under Product or service. The price for Widget A is the default $150 and not $100 as per pricing rule.
This is using the the New Invoice Layout. But if I switch the Old Invoice Layout, it works. How can I get it to work with the new invoice format?
