I'm here to resolve the issue when printing the invoice.

Let's modify the template you use before printing the transaction. I'll walk you through the steps.

Here's how:

 

  1. Open the invoice that is linked to the time charge.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. Select Edit current.
  4. Go to the Content tab.
  5. Click the edit (pencil) icon in the middle section.
  6. Deselect the Product/Service field.
  7. Tick the Description and the Include Quantity and Rate fields.
  8. Select the Product/Service again.
  9. Click Done.

 

Afterward, you can send and print the invoices again. Then, moving forward, ensure to select the same form style to include the description of what work was done.
