Hi there!

I'd be glad to provide you the steps on how you can edit the header and footer on your email for invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The steps to do this may differ depending on whether you have old or new invoice experience. To find out which experience you have, check out this article: See what’s new with estimates and invoices in QuickBooks Online.

If you're using the old one, here's how to change it. First, create a new template or open the one that you're using:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear (Settings) icon at the top right, then select Custom form styles.
  2. Open the form that you're using for the invoice or select New style.
  3. Choose the type of form you’d like to create a template for.

Second, add the logo:

  1. Click Design.
  2. Give your template a name.
  3. Tick Change up the template to choose a layout. These layouts are fixed.
  4. Select Make logo edits to adjust.
  5. To change the logo, click add + on the image. Choose one of your saved logos or add a new one.
  6. To adjust the logo size and placement, select the size and placement icons.

Third, to customize the header and footer, here's how:

  1. Click Content.
  2. Choose the header, table, or footer on the sample form to start editing that section. You’ll edit each section separately.
  3. Select the checkmarks next to the fields you want to display on your form. Then select a different section (header, table, or footer) on the sample form to customize it.
  4. Whenever you're ready to save your changes, hit Done.

On the other hand, if you're using the new invoice experience, you can refer to this article for the detailed steps on how to change it: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can create and import an invoice logo: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Please know you can continue to reach me here with any additional questions. Thanks for coming to the Community, wishing you continued success.
