Thanks for joining the thread, @ale31. I understand the importance of this feature for your business. 

 

As I checked here on my end, the ability to automatically add credit card fees in QuickBooks Online is still unavailable. You can only add them manually to your invoice by creating a service item or follow the steps shared by Angelyn above.

 

In the meantime, I recommend submitting feedback to our Product Engineers. This way, they can further review which parts of the program need improvements and consider adding them to future updates. Please refer to the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Feedback.
  2. Provide your feedback or product suggestions.
  3. Click Next to submit.
