Buy nowYeah... somewhat asinine on their part and a disappointment in the application. Here's a possible workaround for finding some sort of reporting in this situation...
1. ctrl F
2. All names - the individual should be in there; check it
3. then "find"
4. It should show their transactions, even if they were only entered as a "received from" in a deposit and they don't show any history under the customer center.
That's the part that pisses me off - if that's in there, why would it not show up in the history under customer center, even if you can't then go to a "receipt" for it.
Which is what I really need... receipts for those deposits. When one is entering large quantities of checks or payments at once (in our case, performance night receipts; quite often from non-repeat customers), it would take three times as long to enter each as an individual receipt... and when one is paying for that time, the reporting to entry cost ratio... is way off.
